These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kruva mobile application operated by Kruva LLC ("Kruva", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Kruva is a pickleball session management and score tracking application. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes to organize and track pickleball games and sessions.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

Accuracy of Information

Kruva provides tools for recording game scores and standings. We make no warranty that the scoring calculations, standings, or tiebreaker results produced by the App are error-free. Game results should be verified by participants.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Kruva LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kruva LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
